Coastal Gem Apartment by Seaside Llandudno

Right in the town centre. Free parking possible 1st come basis .May have to park somewhere else once unloaded bags

Stayed in coastal gem appartment website needs to be updated as I wanted a full size cooker as I was staying for 1 week .only had a 2 ring electric hob.so had to eat out alot bought food for freezer had to throw it all away as there was only a under counter fridge no freezer compartment. Other websites let you choose the rooms via pictures. Was only able to book an appointment not knowing what I'm getting. Also after using bathroom at night extractor fan stays on for 30 mins which is loud when trying to sleep at night .thus needs to change to go off when door is closed. Would stay again area was good would only book again if website was updated so you know what your getting in the rooms provided with pictures should have cookers in all apartments. Lights in the main room didn't work as shown on pictures/website needs to be fixed .as electric must not be good as main light didn't always work.light switch was coved in masking tape

Nice decor, comfortable, modern bathroom and smart tv was a nice touch.

No oven and toothpaste packet left under the bed

All necessities necessary for a stay. Good location. Clean. Very welcoming arrival with bottle of wine, pack of chocolate biscuits, owners have taken time to write out a big info guide to all the property features and hints on what to do locally. Spacious. Stylish interior design. Good water pressure and temperature. I stayed over a week due to a local commitment and could quite happily 'live' there if it wasn't a holiday apartment.

Blue light constantly emitted from LED Control panel on wall, meant sleepless nights for first few nights until I put some black tape over it for the remainder of my stay. Soundproofing between apartments could be improved - never saw any other guests but could hear their conversations through the walls and floors etc.

The property was spotless we had all we needed for our stay. The decor is very unique, the location is fab fabulous with all good restaurants close at hand .

Apartment was nice and spacious lovely decor.

Unfortunately the boiler was very noisy were guessing we had boiler for all rooms as it was going off through the night and waking us very loud

It was a great location and it had a modern decor and was very clean throughout

The location and the modern decor through out was excellent,the only thing that could of been better was their was no oven but that is only a minor thing

The property is in a great location Good size bedroom

Hall way was very cluttered with a Hoover & two large blue Ikea bags with towels in. Bathroom very small my partner struggled he’s 6ft 5 Bathroom fan is so loud & stays on for such a long time Towels were way too small I couldn’t reach the kitchen cupboards Tea stains on kitchen walls above the bin. Remote to the tv didn’t work very well Blinds on the right side of the window were broke Pillows on the bed were very cheap & flat Bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed

The apartment decor is absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD. It is so beautiful and made our stay that much more comfortable and pleasant.

There were absolutely no cleaning materials besides dishwashing soap, a sponge and a flannel. A cleaning spray would have been good so that we could at least wipe the surfaces. There also was not enough toilet paper and absolutely no kitchen towels. It just made using the kitchen a bit uncomfortable. And we would suggest having salt and pepper as part of the basics provided.
