Coastal Gem Apartment by Seaside Llandudno

The location was great, so easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. We walked to the tram to go up the Orme. We walked around the lower road of the Orme and saw a colony of seals which was wonder. We saw sea birds as well.

Well placed near the beach and shops

On arrival, the kitchen was dirty. The fridge shelves in particular were in need of a good clean. There was dust in the corners and had obviously not been cleaned. The table top was sticky, all in all, very poor cleaned. It took us an hour to clean all the above before unpacking. The pillows on the bed were very thin and uncomfortable. I complained to the cleaning company the replied with an apology, but nobody turned up to view. The bathroom sink was too small and the toilet brush was dirty.

The flat was only a few minutes walk away from the town centre which was great. Lovely shower! There was a nice surprise of wine, cookies, tea and coffee for us!

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but that's probably because we're used to a memory foam topper on ours, makes all the difference!
