The place was very clean. Easy instructions, very comfortable. Lots of local shops. Stayes pn business so didn't get any time to explore even though it looked like there would have been plenty to do if it was a leisure trip.

It was all very good. I there was nothing i did not like.

Tastefully renovated first floor apartment, containing good sized bedroom and kitchen areas; and small but functional bathroom. We loved the exposed hallway feature wall. The apartment itself was spot-less with modern features which included a bedroom rainbow lighting feature. We found the bed extremely comfortable.

The description ‘Beachfront’ is pushing it a bit, but the beach is only a short walk away. Parking is always going to be an issue, we drove around looking for a spot in November. Being picky, an entry fob or card would have been handy for the main door. We fumbled in a howling gale and driving rain to find the long keypad entry code. And, finally, the number of messages and emails became progressively annoying. I don’t need to be told (on the final day two in two minutes) that check out was at 10:00 for the eighth time!

Loved watching the world go by from the bay window. Easily accessible to all the attractions and eating places in Llandudno. The apartment is welcoming and homely, lovely big rooms and the kitchen perfectly adequate. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and biscuits, coffee, tea and sugar. Pepper and salt too. We needed to contact the host and he was very helpful.

Would like a bigger bathroom but great shower with shower gel and shampoo provided. Maybe a comfy sofa would be nice. Perhaps it’s time to replace the carpet in the communal hallway and stairs.
