Private En-Suite

They were an hour late to send us the keybox code. i had to call three times - all 3 times they were helpful and friendly, but the code did not arrive until an hour after the check in time.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice to have a microwave and ensuite shower/toilet room. Quiet and peaceful at night. Close to the city centre and beautiful hill for walking behind it.

Bit cold. Extraction in the bathroom didn't seem to be working properly so go quite damp.

It was clean to a good standard. Facilities provided and nicely presented.

There was tea and coffee. It was quite close to the city centre.

The toilet kept flushing itself, the shower was just a trickle, the fridge was really noisy, the bed was tiny and VERY uncomfortable, the room smelt damp, but you'd never be able to tell because all the walls were covered in weird plastic sheeting. If it was £30 a night, fair enough, but it was £75 a night. Too expensive for what it is.
