The room is fair for the price and the team is always there to help you, it’s like a hotel

I had problems with noise, you can hear everything in the building, even small conversations of steps

When I showed up at the property there was no key in the door and the receptionist on the phone was useless I appreciate it was a mix up but no help at all while I was on my own on the side of swansea

It was clean when we arrived, the location was fine and it’s near a good pizza place.

The room was too small for 3 people The beds were small and the blankets weren’t big enough There was no changing the bed sheet unless paid The bathroom was very poorly put together The soap and shampoo were not enough The internet was very bad The fridge was small The cupboards were only enough for 2 people, not 3

It was a disgrace. There was nothing to like. The whole place was awful

The place was awful. Room 7 was a disgrace Smelly Dirty/ filthy No toilet paper, broken shower door, toilet vile, urine stains. Bed to small for 2 people. Vile place

Quiet and peaceful

The small colored pillows had a bit of bad scent in them but overall it a nice place . Good location as well
