"Very expensive for what it was."

Hadn't been informed that you had to put the palm of your hand on the key pad to get in so had to ring someone.

Dead birds and lots of flies right outside the door. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Bedroom smelt like smelly feet. Blinds all broken and dirty.

Good central location

Only one toilet for the whole property and the blinds are mostly broken in the bedrooms. Not very soundproof either.

Location to the town centre

One bathroom, with 3 showers in it and 1 toilet, for a place with place for 12 people to sleep, not good. Could spot the bathroom into 2 smaller bathrooms, with 1 toilet and 1 shower in each. Painted black throughout

"Would not return"

No breakfast. Large property.

The pigeons, the bird poop all around and the smell that hits you as soon as you open the door. Lots of damage to walls, mess on floor as you walked in probably something to do with having to walk through the pigeon poop.
