"Great location."

Location is excellent and central to the old town, castle & Royal Mile. Pubs and restaurants close by. The Coffee Mill across the road excellent for breakfast and coffees. Coeliac (gluten free) friendly!!

Unaware there were stairs leading down to the flat despite it being marketed as ground floor unit. Not suitable for people with mobility issues and managing suitcases. Mould in the bathroom shower on tiles and around shower frame and window frames. I have lung issues so this was a concern. Light globe in bathroom not working so quite dimly lit-since August! Addressed with owner who stated he will attend to these issues raised. No ironing board but managed. Instructions to appliances found in a blue folder in a cupboard after searching.

We loved the location - easy to access and enjoy Grassmarket area! Close to many shops, pubs - and of course Royal Mile - thank you for a great stay!

Location was good

Cleanliness of the kitchen. Old food in the kitchen. Stale smelling towels and cloths. Bulb out in bathroom. Small TV. No instruction or welcome pack. No 'new shower gel'. Pint of milk would be most welcoming (at a cost of £300 per night). Our stay cost around £900.

"Outstanding location in a very confortable apartment viewing the Castle"

When opening the door of the apartment we coul see the Edinburgh Castle so the location, decoration and state of the apartment was superb.

The location was amazing, very close to a lot of restaurants. Also, the view of the Edinburgh castle is right outside the door!
