Kitchenware lacking a bit. Tv a bit small.

The accomodation was fantastic. The previous reviews did put us off from booking but they were wrong. We had a pleasant stay and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Keep up the good work Will definitely be coming back and have recommended to friends and family.

The only downfall was the accommodation was in 3rd floor and because our stay was because of a family wedding we had too much luggage but if it was any other time it wouldn't have been a problem.

The issue with the washing machine could have been sorted earlier as I were there for 7 days and could not use it.

The apartment was cold on arrival, felt like the heating hadn't been on before arrival. Not being able to leave the heating on meant each time we came back it was cold. The water from the shower didn't drain away efficiently.

The apartment was very neat and spacious the Information received was very clear. My kids loved the place, my 3 year old son did not want to leave. I would definitely recommend it for small families.

The wood flooring sometimes made more noise than I woulld have liked. Wanted to do some washing but did not find the washing powder or capsules to do so. This is not really a down side to the apartment as I would definitely love to stay there again when next I visit.

Reasonably clean, warm apartment. Adequate facilities.

The staff has no clue about the apartment. 1. They give you a permit for parking and then insist you park on Mill Rd. The permit has a number which should mean the parking slot but all this is not clarified. When asked about a second park you are asked not to park on Mill Rd! Why? 2. You are asked to put your plates in the dishwasher before leaving. There is no dishwasher in the apartment. 3. The phone number is of no help. I feel the support is not great. 4. They simply want you to leave at 10 am to the extent of being rude.
