Very Dirty and unhygienic. Not as advertised. Stained worn out pillows. Stained bed sheets. Broken shower door. Broken Flush. Mould in showers. Please see attached photos.

Absolutely appalling property, do not waste your money staying here. Described as Executive but far from it! Bedding smelled of sweaty heads, wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Oven was stained. Cooker hood didn't work. Dining chairs were filthy with ingrained dirt. Broken sofa bed. Shower cubicle and tiles had black mould. Limescale build up outside of the shower. Toilet pan had brown stains. Bath surround had black mould. Toilet holder not secured properly, toilet just falls off. Before visiting the apartment, I specifically asked for the apartment to be cleaned adequately. I was advised that the cleaning is being outsourced and should be no problems. On arrival, I checked the state of the bedding, as it was not satisfactory I immediately called Pass the Property. I was advised that the cleaning team will be in touch. 45 minutes later, I called again and again a third time many hours later. No response at all from the cleaning team or customer services during my 3 day stay. On my return, I was told I should have highlighted all the issues insitu, and as a result no compensation. Absolutely disgusting. Please avoid at all costs.

Clean n tidy

The security door was playing up sometimes it wouldn't work the first time and the beds were a little uncomfortable other than that had a pleasant stay

parking, broken kettle and smoke alarm and no blinds, early checkout was not pleasant.

Spaces clean

Beds where terrible and it was supposed to be sleep 6 2 being on sofa bed which was broken and couldn't sleep even 1 person Also there have taken my security deposit due to parking permit which I came back and posted at the apartment and there lying saying there haven't found it a big lie I would never recommend this apartment and booking. Com shouldn't advertise this apartment

The parking area can be looked at, the side street is very busy with cars going rather fast. We did not leave our vehicle on that side street but utilised a friends parking area.
