"Compact and cute garden apartment"

Owner David was excellent and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The location was great, near Alfriston and Berwick which was important for us. The apartment was well appointed and perfectly laid out for a couple of guests.

"Nice location for walking to the Long Man."

The location is excellent for visiting the Wilmington and E Sussex downs. Easy to walk through the village on to the hills, including the Long Man. Good, basic kitchen. Nice garden

The location next to a busy road is not ideal - difficult to do a right turn into or out of the the property. However, once inside the road is well screened by the garden.

Nice little apartment with pleasant sitting out area. The tearoom was closed whilst we were there but I do wonder if it would significantly reduce the privacy of the apartment if it was open.

They are doing major roadworks on the main road which were disruptive as they were digging up part of the access road and you were in a traffic jam everytime you left and returned to the apartment.

"Relaxing"

The cottage was clean and tidy, everything that we could possibly need was there. The location is perfect for exploring the area and there are many pubs and restaurants nearby. Would definitely book again if staying in the area.

The road could be problem if you wanted to sit in the garden but as we were out for most of the day it didn't trouble us

"Over all it was a good stay."

nice and clean. got a nice patio to sit out side with privacy.

Its close to the main road so the noise is non stop all day long.
