Balco City Living

The apartment was really clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a weekend stay. The location was just a short walk from both the secure multi storey car park and from the centre of town and there were interesting bars nearby. The price was very fair, the hotel prices close to Christmas were more than double their usual per room cost.

The only slight negative was that the shower tray seemed blocked and filled very quickly.

Pretty much everything, back of the toilet was rusty Bed was so old could feel every spring and could see divets in the mattress from previous stay, fitted sheet had yellow stains, decorative pillows that were supposed to to be yellow looked grey like they had never been washed- one thin pillow on the bed each. Radiator was over by the window which let in too much cold didn’t have th chance to heat. Ended up leaving early and needing to book a massage after that bed! Will not return

Good central stay. Near the arboretum which is where I was heading.

Noise of traffic at night. Next to traffic lights and reving engines. Ambulance firebrigade and police route I think.

The property was lovely had everything we needed, the owner was brilliant very helpful, easy to find cheap close by parking, walking distance to town centre, will definitely re visit.

Eu gostei do studio por completo, menos do banheiro! Banheiro muito pequeno e pouco espaço.

Não gostei dos corredores cheios de câmeras, isso toma muito a nossa privacidade! O tempo todo a gente se sente sem privacidade, as câmeras tudo em cima da gente.

Very comfortable flat, close to shops and eateries, and just a short bus ride from the centre of town.

The host was really accommodating, letting me have late check out and was really responsive with any queries. Really clean and comfortable room, matched the pictures and had everything you need including equipped kitchen.

The shower pressure was a little low. The bathroom in general is on the small side and not quite as nice as the rest of the studio.

There were so many nice touches and things well thought off. There was a hamper of little goodies upon arrival. Good range of kitchen utensils. Even board games in the wardrobe. Me and my partner were impressed.

The TV didn't connect to the WiFi at all. No fault of the owners. Taps in the kitchen were slightly difficult and took time to fill up the bowl. Would recommend just leaving the tap running for a while or washing up with the tap running.
