Toll und charmant eingerichtet

Klimaanlage sehr laut und zu schwach. Türrahmen zum Bad mit ca. 1,80m viel zu niedrig. Habe mir mit meine 1,93 cm heftig den Kopf gestoßen.

Nähe zur Altstadt und Petite Venise, gemütliches Appartement mit ausreichendem Komfort

Verwaltung des Appartements, bombardierte uns ab Buchung mit unzähligen Mails, Listen mit Vorschriften und Androhung von Kosten, falls nicht alles eingehalten wird (selbst reinigen und Müll trennen und weg bringen). Falls ich in eine Jugendherberge möchte, zahle ich nicht über 130€ die Nacht. Wir sind früher gerne im Close Bartholdi gewesen, diesmal war es leider das letzte Mal.

Deposit, you will not get it back. Early check out: at 10 am!!! Late check in: at 4 pm. Bath room in bad condition. Narrow bed.

I stayed in the room called marechal which is on the first floor. The location is just perfect, a stone's throw from little venice. Also i was able to walk to the train station with my luggage. I woke up to beautiful colmar view and bird songs. The stuff is so attentive to messages, even it was my last minute call, they let me late check out.

Location was excellent round the corner from Petite Venise. Twenty minute walk from the train station, however we discovered the free little bus. Very useful.

The bed quilt wasnt wide enough for the bed

After a little confusion getting in the apartment we found it clean and comfortable.

It’s location at the top of the old town is fantastic.

The property was dirty and felt a little unsafe for a young family. The duvet on the pull out bed had a large bloodstain on it and some other yellow and green stain that I couldn’t identify. The power socket by the sofa bed had a lamp plugged into it, but the socket had actually broken away from the wall and the internals and wires were left exposed. The shower unit holder was broken, so had to hold the shower head while washing ourselves. These are really easy and cheap fixes, so it was very disappointing that they were left as is. While I understand these properties are old, this was the first I’d stayed in that felt unsafe. The banister at the top bedroom level was wobbly and the stairs very steep, with little or nothing to hold on to. We had booked to stay for three nights, but we left after one and went somewhere else instead.

Historic building. Convenient location. Everything is within walking distance. Very clear instructions.

No shower supporting rod.
