Very happy with all the amenities. Location was good. Room and bathroom were very spacious. We really appreciated the kitchen.

Would prefer receiving less emails and in English.

Great location in quiet area close to center. Apartment did not have some basic products that should be offered and some supplies (such as soap) was left empty. There was only one window covering while the other window was not covered and let in the light from outdoors all night.

The only thing I didn’t like was how difficult it was to get in touch with booking.com when I wanted to extend my reservation one more day. They never did answer my emails , request about that I had to go Another route to get that done

Close to the train station and the old part of Colmar. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and it had a common lounge area.

Located on the ground floor a metre away from a busy car park. The apartment smelt of car fumes and cigarette smoke if the windows were open. Didn’t like being contacted by the owner a week before arrival to insist on a €100 deposit or lose the booking and the money I had paid for a one week stay. Had no hot water on the first day and was told to wait one hour for a plumber that never arrived. The owner arrived 8 hour later to apologise for forgetting to switch it on. No offer of clean towels. Was never contacted to see if I needed anything. It seems to be run by a manager handling many properties.

Fantastic location metres away from petite Venice and restaurants

Too many e-mails that needed to be translated. Other French and Italian accomodation booked with comes in English

The position in excellent, close to the centre and Petite Venise. The old style house gave the chance to experiment how it should have been leaving in such accommodation in the 17th - 18th century. Interesting experience. The whole house has been very well renewed while keeping its old time spirit: Compliments!

The room was at the 2nd floor, which is reachable via a old style stair, and then it takes to climb another stair segment to get into the living room-toilette and one more stair up for the sleeping room (not very comfortable for aged people). The shower gave just hot, very hot water....!

Facilities and equipment available were adequate.. location is good very close to the city centre yet quiet and peaceful.

With the price paid at least I was expecting some coffee pods and sugar packets should have been provided.
