Great location, only a short walk into town and brilliant for a large group of people, as long as you are comfortable with each other as its bit like being on Big Brother with all the single beds. Good large communal area. The communication from the Outlook group was fantastic, kept us informed of everything we needed to know, and was great in dealing with our request. We only stayed one night, but was totally adequate for what we needed and would stay again.

The front bedrooms you could hear quite a bit of road noise, with it being single glazing. Bathrooms clean but could do with little upgrading.

No sink in the downstairs toilet x hands need washing not even any sanitiser. Toilet needs replacing with one with a sink on top of the cistern. Easily remedied

Excellent location, lovely accommodation

Would benefit from an extra bathroom. We instantly noticed some repairs are required at the property - the fridge door is hanging off, the flushes on the toilets were intermittent and the shower door did not close properly. Minor things but these would have increased our rating of the property, as aside from this, we all had an excellent time

Excellent location! Perfect for a short city break with the family. We loved the size of the property as we were a group of 15 including kids so it was perfect. The facilities were great and we had no issues finding it.

The only challenge we had was with parking, because we there were 15 of us, we had 3 cars and the parking only fits two small cars so we had to park one elsewhere but luckily there was parking near by (paid car park).
