It was an excellent location. Really well appointed and did everything it claims to!

It could do with a sink in the lower shower room but that is only a minor niggle.

The whole flat was really good, great location 5 mins from centre and perfect for what we wanted a family get together and York Christmas market

Parking a slight problem, if you have full capacity in the flat with more than 2 cars you are struggling to park. Could do with a sink basin in first floor shower room. Sofa needs a clean lots of stains!

Location to nearby amenities ,,plenty of beds In each room which were clean n tidy,,was clean on arrival,plenty of kitchen needs provided, ideal for our girlie get together

A lot of radiators in the rooms weren’t working so bedrooms were chilly,,the road leading up to the apartment was terrible with loads of pot holes n no lighting so was a health n safety issue One of our party was disabled n used a wheelchair so it was dangerous leading up to the entrance road,, not sure who is responsible for the roads

Teh location was excellent and the overall facilities catered well towards a large group. The site could really do with an additional bathroom, but do appreciate that would be difficult to achieve in the existing building. Use of the front door onto Gillygate would be better.

Its not a quiet site in the bedrooms on the front of the building. On a warm weekend with the windows open it is not a location for light sleepers. The operators ideally need to supply some fans during the summer. Also more than one coffee pot would be helpful please.
