Perfect location studio

Very compact place to stay, 20 minutes walk from Lewes centre, well-equipped.

Lovely little property for a short break. Everything squeezed into a tiny space. It was comfortable and clean. Thanks very much to our hosts for a great accommodation.

Le lieu est très calme. Studio bien agencé pour avoir tout ce qu’il faut pour rester plusieurs jours. L’électroménager semble en bon état. La salle d’eau était propre et fonctionnelle.

Evitez si vous avez des problèmes à prendre un escalier escarpé ou avec les espaces confinés. Mais on a pas de problèmes avec ça. On a mis du temps a trouver de nuit car google plaçait le point une rue plus loin. Donc utilisez votre cerveau plutôt que votre téléphone. :)

Rod was friendly and didn’t see too much of him which was fine. The location was great as I was bisiting à friend in Lewes.

I’m not sure why I paid extra for two adults as it was just so my friend could sleep on the couch. When I got into bed is where I was very disappointed, the bed was very smelly and the ceiling so low I cracked my head twice during the night.

nothing not fit for purpose

to small no where to unpack and store clothes garden terrace view was a joke with over grown weeds waste pipes and rubbish bins no where to dry bath towels or clothes and sit and eat at a proper table 👎🏻

Clean and comfortable .good tv and internet service

Very small .ok for me as i.m 4ft 6 Not great though if you are tall or larger. The stairs are very steep and right next to bed so be careful There is a spare bed though downtairs
