"Not cheap for what was on offer - several hotels we used charged less for more"

Property was extremely small and awkward, converted from the main house. Small shower/loo was next to kitchen. Sofa and TV were next to front door. Stairs were steep and difficult (I am 80). Bedspace tiny.
