Perfect location studio

Location perfect for my needs, property easy to find

Unfortunately I hadn't realised how small the bedroom area would be, not how steep the stairs would be to get up there. Also managed to kick the wall near my feet multiple times in the night resulting in a very minimal nights sleep. Kitchen area fine for my needs but very minimal - I struggled with the limited facilities to wash up my plate and fork that I had used for a takeaway

Really close to where I needed to be for work, quiet and close to shops

Could do with a thermal curtain for the front as it gets chilly sitting at the door end of the sofa in the cooler months

Perfect place to stay while hiking the South Downs Way!

I can’t think of anything

No breakfast available. Hardly any coffee, hardly any shampoo and hardly any washing up liquid. I had to ask for milk and was at first told to go to a local Tesco store but was eventually given some nut/milk substitute. The place was very cramped and certainly was NOT the “perfect location”

Walking distance to the lovely town of Lewes. Close to a lovely park which was very useful for exercising our dogs.

Staircase could be safer.

Was cheap accommodation whilst going from point A to B. Owner lives in adjacent house - friendly and helpful.

Extremely cramped for two people - had to negotiate passing each other. Steps steep going to small sleeping loft - would not suit someone who has to get up during the night to go to the toilet. Although coffee and tea provided, no milk, not even UHT milk supplied. Parking is on the street where you can find it.

It is a great stay! The host is very nice and helpfull. I loved it!

It wasn't a 'Perfect Location' so gave it a miss.
