10.0

We had a really great stay with happy days apartments in queen avenue, its the perfect area to stay, very boho and more more of a posh vibe, restaurants in the area were amazing, and only a 5 min walk to liverpool one and to the Albert dock, i will rebook again with this company we really enjoyed our stay... Thanks Guys 5 ⭐️

Only 1 thing, the sofa in apartment 10 probably needs changing now, other then that it was a perfect stay

"Beautiful stay, needs a little tlc but would highly recommend"

10.0

Beautiful apartment in a very picturesque square! Surprisingly quiet for such a central location

The lift being broken was really not ideal, staying for a few days we had very heavy bags to carry up the spiral stairs. Also there was only one fan to share between two bedrooms, and only one of the window latches was operational, less than ideal during hot weather.

Location was excellent and appartment was clean and well equipped i

The Sofa in the living room was stained and very very uncomfortable to sit on we ended up sitting on the dining room chairs . This was the only negative thing and not ideal after long days of walking

The accommodation was adequate

Bookers beware. The pictures suggest stylish accommodation in historical wood panelling. The reality for the one bedroom is drab funtionalism. Very inflexible access arrangements. Our access was delayed by 2 hours by a problem leading to a different drab apartment which meant the free car parking space was no use to us. Staff pleasant but poorly trained.

"Stained and Damaged Furniture, Noisy Location, Poor Customer Service"

1.0

The location itself is fine. Close to the Pierhead etc.

The overall quality of the property is poor and does not reflect images shown online. In order to obtain hot water, you need to press a "boost" button on the boiler. This was not communicated before our stay. Even then, there is very hot water for a short time. We needed to wait about 30 minutes between showers. Not ideal for a family of three. There were 2 fans, neither of which worked. This was an issue in the warm weather we experienced. Windows are old and difficult to open. The furniture was badly damaged and dirty. The sofa was covered in stains and had broken springs etc. There were paint scuffs on the wall etc. As noted, the location is very central but it is also very noisy at times. There were also issues with anti social behaviour in nearby Castle Street. The staff I communicated with were very polite and happy to take my security deposit (they will not provide entry code or parking pass without this) but less so when issues were reported. They only seem to communicate via WattsApp. They seemed aware about the issue with furniture and simply commented that the stains could not be removed. I asked for an email address to issue a complaint. One was provided, this bounced back as an out of office. I am still awaiting a reply several days later. The parking is also an issue, the advertisement implies that there is parking available. There is, but not on site. It is about 5 minutes away in a Q Park. In order to access the carp park you need to pick up a card from an office nearby. Most importantly the pass code will not let you enter as a pedestrian. While the facility is staffed in the day, it is not at night. I needed to wait for someone to come out before I could enter. A gentleman did attempt to ring me on day of departure and asked me to send details of my issues over when I returned the pass card. The real issue here however is the overall shoddy standard of the accommodation and support noted during the stay. Beware!
