It was dirty , no hot water, smell and mould, insects all over the place and in the sugar bowl. Before we could anything at had to be washed in cold water The balcony was unsafe If we could have found other accommodation we would have move out right away But we had to stay one night I am looking for a full refund not just two days Booking .com needs to look into the property they are list

The whole property was very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, and the shower was lovely. The location was perfect for us and the garden was nice as well.

There isn’t central heating, but there are electric heaters. It took a few days to warm up the property enough to feel comfortable for the time of year. The hot water seemed to be a bit temperamental as well.

The location was convenient.

We had to ask the upstairs neighbor if he knew how we could get keys. The phone number provided to us did not answer. The place was not clean and it's frustrating that we had to pay an £80 cleaning fee beforehand.(About $100.) There was used stuff under the cabinets, just as if someone lived there and just walked out. The "grinder" toilet barely worked. Everything was dusty, and the mirrored coffee table was smeared, not shiny. There was food debris in the oven mitts which were hanging off the oven door. There was a soaking wet dishcloth on the sink drain board when we walked in. I didn't notice a yellow stain on the duvet cover until we were leaving. The navy blue towels did not look especially suited for a rental. There was a bunch of them stacked in a closet. The second bedroom was not a bedroom, but was more like a walk through to the main bedroom . It consisted of 2cots. It looked like dog hair on one of the sheets of the cot. The gray long shaggy rugs did not especially look vacuumed or shaken out. We should never have had to pay a cleaning fee, it was not clean.

No directions provided to find the property. Had to phone for directions and the key safe number on booking.com information incorrect. Front door difficult to open as the door doesn't fit the frame. In the event of needing an emergency exit due to fire this puts the occupants at risk. No information pack/folder provided and no wi-fi password details provided. No dining table or chairs in main area. Twin beds are in a hallway with no room either side of the beds which are pushed together. No hot water at all available in the bathroom sink. The lights in the lounge area are totally adequate to be able to read in the evening. If you need to go from the bedroom to the lounge/kitchen area at night no two way switch to put on the lounge lights thus you need a torch . I couldn't get the oven to heat up. No information as to the oven controls. Two badly stained dirty rugs on the floor in the bedroom. The bedding had a peculiar smell and the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable as was the sofas in the lounge. The whole place had a musty damp smell and was not clean.. The smell coming from the saniflow toilet next to the kitchen is unpleasant and being next to the kitchen was most unhygienic. i had to wash the crockery and cutlery before I could use them as they were not completely clean. The black wall space heater only got to a tepid temperature thus the apartment was very cold in the evening. I could not see any PAT electrical safety stickers on any appliances nor did I see any fire extinguishers in the apartment. I had paid for a three night stay so I could attend the major event at the Ffestiniog Railway having paid a not inconsiderable amount to attend this event. I felt on the Saturday I could not stay another night in this apartment so left on the Saturday to travel home. This meant i missed the night photo session at the Mminford station and all the events which I had paid for on the Sunday.

The whole place was damp. It smelt damp, had mould spores all over the place! You never felt clean because it was like that!
