Great location and outside decking area with lovely views of harbour.

No arrival or directional information. Had to request about access. No property info on arrival. Issue with electrics which meant limited hot water. No follow up from owner after reporting issue.

Outside space looked neglected. Dead plant on window box and weeds around. Couch very lumpy and uncomfortable. Broken drawer in son's bedroom. Saniflow toilet unsanitary right next to kitchen. Going through main bedroom to modern toilet meant being disturbed in night by other guests. No indoor table to have meals.

Great location and the outside space is lovely. Have lunch overlooking the harbour, or a quiet evening drink.

Strange layout. You have to walk through both bedrooms to get to the bathroom. The twin bedroom is kind of a hallway? Bathroom could do with a refurb. Bedroom furniture ok but dated.

We booked this apartment for our holiday in Porthmadog to celebrate my birthday and were extremely disappointed and disgusted with our experience. Upon arrival there was no welcome booklet or anything similar. As we further inspected the apartment it became clear how truly unclean and in disrepair the place was. The toilet to the side of the kitchen was blocked with someone else's excrement, making the living space smell, even with the door closed. The kitchen had a foul fishy smell from the sink, the dishes & cutlery were not properly cleaned and there was mouldy jars left in the cupboards. In the main bedroom there was mould on the blinds and the wall behind the bed and the bedding didn't smell clean. There was little hot water in the main bathroom and the drain for the bath was also clogged. Additionally this should not be marketed to sleep four people; the twin beds are shoved into what is essentially a corridor between the living room and the bedroom, leaving no privacy. There was no plug sockets or lamp in this "bedroom" either. We tried to ignore the negatives and press on but we could barely sleep and after just one night my friends asthma was very bad so we had to leave. We booked and paid for alternative accommodation and ended up cutting our holiday short, which obviously is not how we planned to spend the week, especially as we had spent a large portion of it fighting for our money back. Staff at Booking.com were helpful in communicating with the hosts to secure a refund for us as we could not bare to stay longer than one night in such a horrible and dirty property. However, the hosts only agreed to refund a third of what we paid overall, despite us only staying 24hrs of our PAID 5 days and our entire holiday being ruined by their neglect of the property. We paid more than usual for this property as it was a birthday treat and expected the property standards to align with that cost.

Lovely location overlooking the harbour. The outside space is really good and there are plenty of different places to sit. The weather was beautiful so the upper decking area was our go to with a bar and stools as well as 2 loungers. Great for the property to have its own parking spaces right outside the property. The beds were very comfortable.

The place was grubby, poorly decorated and with a kitchen with little workspace and no table. The 2nd bedroom was a cramped box and windowless which had to be passed through in order to get to the main bedroom which was not en-suite as it was the only bathroom except for a cupboard with toilet which could have nothing flushed down it.

I did have an issue with hearing people walking about above whilst trying to sleep. The floorboards did creak a lot from above, and I thought someone had walked into the bedroom, I am a light sleeper.
