Sunnyside Aparthotel Tropical suite, 10 min from Blackpool tower, outside space, free parking

The lay our suited us well. We had an issue with the heating but Tom called me straight away and we resolved it within minutes.

The property did as it said we were a group of 4 adults & 7 Kids and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Tea coffee & milk were all left for our arrival which was great. The location was good for access to the sea front and attractions.

The property only had 1 bathroom (very small!) which made getting 11 of us ready hard work we had thought about returning in a girls weekend away however on reflection I think this wouldn’t work well with 1 bathroom! We would however do it again with the kids. The house was clean on the surface however it does really need a deep clean.

Very spacious accomodation. Plenty of room. Football table. TV with Netflix

Lovely big bedrooms, walking distance to the tower, beach and arcades.

Only one bathroom, which was tiny. A long walk down a narrow alley. Dining area was tiny Very noisy upstairs neighbours

There was enough rooms for everyone who was with us

It’s not practical for family’s with children, it’s not presented how it should be on the booking about going through the alley around the back from Albert street which shouldn’t be stated it’s on Albert street because it’s not it’s around the back, I could just about get my daughter in laws buggy down there because it was so tight, there was rubbish underneath the bed left, the bin was absolutely filthy, the parking was an absolute joke it need to be made very clear there is NO parking at the tropical property, I was told by Tom who is the owner he had to pay for the people parking above us as they had no where to park which wasn’t out fault as we was told there was parking for us, which the above people did not park anywhere else so he was just lying because they parked in the next door neighbours car park till we was back. So he has to pay £30 for 2 cars to park which I’m not happy about as we was told there was parking. I am going to make a complaint as the price we paid for this property I feel like it’s abit of a rip off and I am going to see about getting our money back for the parking also. So if you have a contact to who I can email regarding my situation that would be great.

Excellent location, plenty of rooms to separate into. Great outdoor area.

The access to the property was narrow - especially with a pushchair. The back bedrooms had no opening windows, and as the corridor lights couldn't be switched off, the rooms were very stuffy at night.

Location was really good. Big rooms and beds were comfortable.

Damp smell came from the apartment. Couch was dirty. Garden was nice but needs a bit of TLC.
