Nothing was grate

I liked how closed the property was to the winter gardens and how close to all amenities. I liked how prompt the owner was with communication.

I did not like the back alley that you have to travel down as we had a medical emergency and struggled to get out of the property due to its narrowness. Also, the Key lock box on metal gate is a little stiff and made it slightly difficult to access at times. To add, I think there needs to be a better description on how to access the property as ‘open gate and you are now in back garden/alley’ is not accurate or easily misunderstood. Was abut if a trek with luggage and children. The sofa bed in sitting rooms needs a clean and that was not very appealing of required to sleep on. More care needs paying at cleaning the bathroom also and evidently dirty upon arrival.

The dampness and foosty smell, entrance to apartment , flies in kitchen, 1 toilet not enough

Location and plenty of bedrooms

Not enough seating for all the guests, dirty sofa, a picture in a frame hung above the bed fell off during the night and fell very close to my partners head onto his pillow
