Charming, spacious, attractively furnished apartment (regency style). Great location in top Bath heritage building. Very quiet. Nice outlook. Comfortable sofas. Good heating. Not too busy, but some excellent sights, pubs and restaurants nearby (Assembly Room Pub, Beckford Bottlestore winebar/brasserie)

Wifi a bit weak, and non-existent in bedroom. No proper coffee-maker.

Such an amazing apartment in one of the most historic areas of Bath. Arrival process was seamless and the apartment was better than I ever expected. It has everything and more required for a comfortable stay in Bath.

Placement, joli appartement

The check out time was really early 10h00. Cleaning staff arrived almost immediately to chase one out. Such early check out is really unwelcoming - there are other establishments with a more reasonable time of 11h00 or even 12h00. I made two trips to bath this month for an arts festival, the second trip I found a different room that had a later check out time.

Location and the actual flat

The heating was not on when we arrived so it took a while to heat up on a particularly cold day
