AMAZING location, great communication, smooth booking, very clean, everything we needed.

Beds not that comfy and everything a little dated. It would have suited us better if the sofa bed was in the lounge as not much room to get around it but this is well explained and ultimately was our choice so in a no means a complaint against the host

"Lovely stay in the center of Bath"

Everything was wonderful,. We only stayed one night as we were just dropping in on our son but would book again. Lounge was very big and comfortable. We slept well. Considering it was central it was very quiet at night. Parking was easy as we arrived around 4pm and there were some spots available until the following morning at 8am. Otherwise the parking suggested was good.

When we came in there was a smell but this went once we settled in. Towels could be bigger, but that is being picky. Sofa bed was quite small so not recommended for a large adult.
