"With a Welcome Pack, this would have been lovely."

The location was perfect for accessing the city centre facilities. Just a ten minutes walk to all the amenities ie theatre and supermarket. The apartment was rented as part of our special 50th year of marriage and we were disappointed that, despite passing that fact on, we just received four 12ml individual milk pots and a couple of tea bags. If only we could have received something of a welcome pack it would have been so much more appreciated, especially for the price of the eleven nights stay. To receive a Premier Inn quantity of these items was a poor standard for a superior accommodation. Having said that, we wanted to book for 2026 but sad to say it was already booked, great for Louise and her team not so for us. Anyway, we are sure it will always be booked up as it is lovely.

Sadly, the toilet closure was not conducive to gents using the seat. The seat wasn't fastened to the porcelain which meant it had to be held up. At that price it needed to be fully functioning. Sad that we have to say this as it could so easily have been corrected during our stay - and it was passed on to the owner.

Large and beautifully attractive space, well equipped kitchen. Easy instructions for accessing the building and room keys.

Google maps gave us the wrong location for the apartment because there are three streets that include "circus" in their names. The correct one is "THE CIRCUS". Also, a site in Google advised us not to use wheely suitcases to go up the hill to The Circus from the train station because of cobbled roads. This is not correct, and wheel based suitcases would have been better for us rather than lugging weighty backpacks.
