The Sorting Office - Spacious Modern Home with parking in Central Ambleside

Two spacious and comfortable bedrooms with ensuites. Modern and user friendly in every way. Amazing location with parking, can’t beat it!

The kitchen area is quite small and becomes cluttered really quickly, but it’s really a minor issue. A recycling bin would also have been appreciated.

The location is fantastic, the car parking essential. It was comfortable and reasonably well equipped.

I thought the apartment was a little austere, a welcome book with recommendations from previous visitors would have been good. It would also have been good to have some of the history of the apartment and maybe some old photographs could be displayed in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. I also felt a more welcoming welcome pack could be included- especially some good coffee ( and a cafetière) The oven settings not as easy as we thought, we put the grill on instead of the oven, didn’t matter as we were cooking sausages! But anything else may not have been so forgiving.

Location. Everything except for the mattress in the smaller bedroom

The smaller bedroom mattress is not very comfortable

Location is fabulous.

Settees needed cleaning much better. There were crumbs and dust etc between the cushions.

Good location in the centre of Ambleside

Lovely lounge, kitchen and dining area - area bigger than it appears on the photographs. Both bedrooms are spacious and the en-suite bathrooms are an added bonus. Having a free parking spot just outside the property is great

The cleanliness of the property and the location was fantastic. It had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here so much do that we are looking to return next year

There was no toilet roll holder in either of the en suites which would have been useful also minimal hanging for clothes, more hanging would have been helpful
