The property was in very poor condition it was damp with plaster peeling from the walls! With water seeping in from outside!

Easy to follow instructions to gain access. Having the parking on site was great.

It was the worst bed we have ever slept in. It was so uncomfortable feeling every spring.

Waiting to hear back about refund after complaint and leaving property after 10minutes.

The location is few minutes drive from the city centre, however all the groceries, takeaway and restaurants are nearby. Bus stop is right in front of the door can easily commute anywhere. There is plenty of space in front of door for car parking. The apartment has great amenities.

There is couple of things which is missing in the apartment wardrobe and cooking vessels, cutleries.

I probably won't recommend this property to friends unless there is a budget concern. Although the staff was super responsive and supportive, there were certain facility issues that impacted our stay. To name a few, the room temperature was always low, the heating was functional for only one night and not the most of the time, there's no blind on the window so we were always disturbed by the light in the mornings (didn't realize I need to bring my blinder staying in a 'hotel'), the water temperature was neither stable nor warm enough for a proper shower, there was a electricity cut and water cut during our stay, and we wanted and extra quilt to keep ourselves warm but it was not available.

Facility was poor. The location is not great without restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

No free to air tv channels so we had to subscribe to Netflix, and then the WiFi kept crashing mid movie. Only 1 fork and 2 bowls
