Close to the shops

Not enough towels for the length of stay and no clean bedding to change bed

Room and facilities in good working order. Warm and comfortable bed. Pretty good parking on site and nice quiet location with good access to Swansea.

Nothing to dislike

Room clean and tidy

Radiator not on and windows open. Very cold on first night.

Nice Victorian building and lots of amenities within walking distance. Convenient location to drive around the Swansea West area. Car Park.

Bed furniture and blinds could use a bit of an upgrade/ maintenance.

The check in was easy location was fairly close to places if interest. The house was dirty with what looks like cigarette butts in the bathroom. The toilet floor was disgusting and the fridge was smelly.

Squeaky bed,dirty room.

The location was good

Keys wasn't ready. All of the blinds were broken. The floor was filthy covered in hairs and dirt. The sofa was covered in stains. The bed was very uncomfortable, springs sticking out of the mattress. Toilet seat was broken

Please cover up the big window for a better sleep for the ppl, arange the bathroom ...

cozy feelings

The bed was super comfortable, easy to find and easily accessible. Plenty of space for what we needed and location for everything we needed was perfect.

The hand soap had not been refilled before we arrived so we didn’t have any, it wasn’t the biggest issue, the shower itself could’ve been slightly cleaner but again not a huge issue and we did continue to use it and enjoy our stay. I’d say they were really the only things I could comment on, I wouldn’t really call them complaints.
