El colchón era muy viejo e incómodo (podían sentirse los muelles) Polvo por todas las superficies. Sin sillas para sentarse. El inodoro no funcionaba bien (no tragaba). El inodoro estaba desatornillado y se movía al sentarse. Olor a moho a la entrada de la casa. Olor a moho y humedad en la habitación.

Location is far from City Centre

It was very clean and had all the essentials you'd need. Easy access to the property and privacy throughout the stay.

The bathroom and toilet were not as neat as the rest of the apartment. The toilet especially was difficult to flush, even just a little tissue paper takes repeated flushes to flush off.

The location wasn't too bad, free parking, the cleaner was an absolute diamond so helpful and kind, thank you.

Initially we went to the wrong place, there's an Alexander house in Swansea city center which we went to, we felt something was wrong and contacted the letting company and spoke with a young man who assured us we were in the right place even after describing our location, after about Three quarters of an hour it became clear we were fourteen miles out. We eventually arrived and we located the key and allowed ourselves in. It's worth noting that on the booking.com site that the pictures of room one didn't match the room, for instance the site shows a mantel piece on a fire place this is in the words of Donald Trump fake. During the day and evening there are four large and very loud dogs that constantly barked nextdoor making it necessary to close the windows to drown them out, a nightmare during the heatwave we experienced in our first week. Regularly neighbours shouted expletives at the dog owners which fell on deaf ears . On the Wednesday evening at about 6.30pm we had to evacuate the building with two other tenants and a very young baby who cried constantly because he was frightened of the noise from the fire alarm. His mother tried to explain that there's no ventilators or windows in her apartment and this caused the alarm to activate, there was an alarm board by the entrance with the numbers 2143 written thereon, but no explanation as to disable the alarm, there was no smoke or fire, but a constant alarm after about 15 minutes out of desperation we phoned the fire brigade who immediately attended, whilst this was going we all tried to contact the letting company to seek advice and assistantce.

Everything was like a drug den however the management company where brilliant and moved me else where which did cost me more

It was lovely and cosy and great parking and had fairy liquid so we could wash up along with tea and coffee.

The duvet and pillows were very old and flat so no support for head and neck. The mattress could do with updating or a mattress topper and the bed needs screwing together as kept separating along with a very loose headboard. The bathroom was lovely except the shower needs a new door as the seal on the fold is all black and split open. There was a big crack in the tray which had been sealed very poorly, the shower head is full of limescale and the walls needed a good scrub as they too were full of limescale but couldn't be seen as its black walls.
