Parking is problematic. The entrance is extremely narrow, and the parking spaces are not marked, which results in some guests parking inconsiderately and limiting access for others. This could easily be resolved by allocating or clearly marking bays. Parking may be manageable for small cars, but anything larger would struggle. The studio itself was poorly cleaned. The cleaning appeared rushed, and essential items such as body wash and cleaning products were not replenished. I have visited a friend who stayed in one of the studios accessed from the rear of the property, which was noticeably larger and better laid out. Unfortunately, the studio I stayed in was very small, cold, and not particularly clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — genuinely the worst night’s sleep I’ve had in Swansea. There was also ongoing renovation work in the room next to mine, which caused noise and further disrupted the stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

location was near the town centre, walking distance from pubs and places to eat ect.

stains and marks all over the walls. room was pretty grimy on arrival. no chairs for the table so had to eat in bed. stains on the bedsheets and cushions on arrival. shower was mouldy. toilet wasnt attatched properly and felt like it was falling through the floor. toilet also didnt flush properly. corridor had a dank smell. window had no blinds and was above the bed so shone light on you while trying to sleep. hook in the bathroom didnt stay in the door and fell out every time you opened it.
