Good location.

The bedroom was very uncomfortable I woke up 5am because I could not stay laid down more, actually I never have difficult to sleep and this time i had it.

Excellent value for money. Tammy is very helpful and polite when I needed to call the office. We will be back. Thank you

It was in a good location close to bus stop and very neat

We had issues with heating and it was not resolved fast. We had to literally do this ourselves. They failed to resolve the heating issue on time. Also, the address given was not accurate.

The room was clean and had a nice fireplace.

The walls needed repairing there was stains on the ceiling , and mould on the window the bed was ok but gave me back ache the most annoying this was the heating was switched on with no way of us turning it off so our room was ridiculously hot.

Was clean and tidy and had everything you could ask for and had good night's sleep

The shops were very accessible

The blinds in the room were broken so people could potentially see inside. There was a strange smell in the bathroom when I arrived.
