The Old Convent Holiday Apartments

The property was spacious and very beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for getting to lots of places like Skye, Inverness and many more. It was amazingly quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of tips of where to go, where to eat and any information we needed. The photos don't do this place justice! I would 100% recommend this place and will be coming back :)

We felt immediately welcomed to our stay at the Old Convent! We arrived a little late, but Felicity and Chris were quite understanding and accommodating. The quick tour of the apartment was helpful to get our bearings, and oh, how lovely they were! The apartment surpassed our expectations and we wished we could have stayed longer. Furnished and renovated wonderfully. The owners' passion for the Old Convent and providing a most comfortable stay shines through.

What a place! Our hosts Felicity and Chris greeted us on arrival with the most thorough guide, they have thought about everything you need for a stay. The property one of the best we have ever stayed in, the attention to detail, the cleanliness everything gleamed. Inside was large and comfortable after a day in the highlands, outside gardens and amble parking. We cooked breakfast at home but wondered into the village for dinner which is just a short stroll. The location of the convent is well away from the crowds during the day. We loved and as we said goodbye our hosts were there farewelling us, it felt like we had been visiting friends!

Absolutely nothing

Felicity and Chris could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The accommodation was stunning and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped and we made full use of it. Fort Augustus is a lovely little town and a good bar for exploring the Highlands.

We couldn’t get the internet in the bedroom

Beautifully refurbished and decorated house, spotless clean, equipped with everything you can imagine. The hosts were very kind. Hope to stay here again!

Loved the history of The Old Covent and the attention to detail in the furnishings. Terrific facilities within walking distance to the beautiful Fort Augustus.

Perfect self service accomodation. Spacious, you could live there for months. Clean and fully equipped. Chris and Felicity are great hosts with lot of good tips for what to do around Fort Augustus.
