As I have arthritis been reasonably close to the Barbican was a bonus! Comfortable beds and good kitchen area

Needs one or two bits of maintenance fan in bathroom plug mended or replaced in sink informed the agent and he had only just taken ver the letting so was grateful for feedback

Location wise excellent - clean and tidy - would of been a nice touch to do a small welcome hamper with milk, teabags and even bottle of wine or something - nothing was there not even a dishcloth - no leaflets on how to do put heating on boiler or recommendations on where to eat, places to visit Few pointers as stayed in a lot of places Noticed no smoke alarms or even extinguishers around No shower slip mat

Just no leaflets or anything provided to enjoy the stay Had to buy a dishcloth as nothing there

It's our second stay at this property and it will certainly not be our last..... excellent spacious accommodation which is very central with a guaranteed car parking space. Apartment is exceptionally clean with everything that you need for a fantastic break with a very welcome bottle of fizz and chocolates waiting for us on arrival. Thank you very much.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

- Check in was straightforward - Very close & easy to walk to city centre (10 mins or so) - Kitchen appliances seem fairly new & worked ok - Beds were comfortable - Heating was easy to adjust

- No toilet paper AT ALL when we arrived, no kitchen roll, no washing up sponge - Floor was dirty & needs a good deep clean - No cleaning materials, dustpan & brush etc so couldn’t clean dirty floor - Lamp in largest bedroom didn’t work - No clocks were working or with correct time - Some of kitchen utensils dirty - Blind in largest bedroom not working - Info said to put recycling in blue bin but could not locate a blue bin - Shower head (movable one) was shooting water backwards - luckily the rain shower head worked ok - Not enough room for all the family to sit down to eat at breakfast bar (not particularly safe for toddler to sit there anyway) & no other table to sit at to eat - Road at front was quite noisy outside at night

The apartment was lovely. Plenty of space. Lovely and comfortable beds. Spacious sitting area and great shower. Pretty quiet too and not too far from the town centre. About a 10 minute stroll. Wetherspoons about 5 mins away so handy for breakfast!! Had chosen the place as I was going to a concert at the Barbican theatre, which was literally 3 mins walk away. So would def use again should I book tickets for there. Enjoyed my stay. Oh!!! And lovely white fresh fluffy towels!!!

Was a little disappointed not to find toiletries as stated. Although I had some myself, so not an issue. However ... there were 3 sheets of toilet roll and no spare!!! 😱Not a good start as a traveller!! I went to the local Tescos (abour 7/8 mins away)and bought some and left a roll. Same with the hand wash. Was very low. So I bought and left a Carex for £1. Would request you ensure these two tiny things are in plentiful supply for your renters. Also, although there was washing up liquid and a tea towel , would have been useful to have a clothes to wash cups/ glasses with. However, these are two small points. And would not hinder me from staying there again.

Beautifully decorated flat in a good location. Great communication from the owner throughout. Flat is bigger inside than appears from the outside. Spotlessly clean and warm.

Even though we were informed where the parking spot was, the number of the space was still tricky to find.Thankfully a passing neighbour helped us to spot it. Not a big deal at all though.

Unfortunately, there was nothing to like.

The flat was absolutely filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The kitchen worktops were covered in food and crumbs. The cooker top was greasy. The kitchen sink was filthy. The settee and chair are dirty. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust. Awful stains up the blinds and dirty windows. The bedding had stains. The walls were all marked. The bathroom has mouldy patches. The wooden floor is absolutely disgusting. We complained to the owner who said he couldn't send a cleaner around for 24 hours but were only staying one night. After ringing booking.com directly we were able to get a full refund and we left immediately. We had to drive home after our theatre visit. Very upsetting experience.
