Great location, nice flat, clean and comfortable

We required support from the landlord to help appeal a parking fine given whilst the permit was being retrieved from the previous guests. In fairness he offered to pay the fine but we appealed it and just needed a simple confirmation of the situation in writing. This took so long and after of week of promises to send it but never receiving anything we just went ahead with the appeal without it. Luckily this was accepted and the fine was dropped, but the process could have been handled a lot better.

Well-located apartment, with parking in the back. Nice bath, good beds, plenty of pillows. it is within walking distance to city center. Safe and nice.
