Large 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath - Ground Floor with Parking

The place was filthy! Nothing to like.

The place was filthy. Smelt like public toilets. We did not stay in the property because it was so unclean. Thats six adults finding new accommodation at 4pm on Christmas Eve. It was that unclean we stayed at most five minutes in shock and left. The toilet bowls themselves were black. Kitchen tops covered in food crumbs. Kitchen cupboards broken and falling off. Bathrooms generally run down and poorly looked after. Not convinced the bedlinen was fresh. Have kept emailing the property but not response. Please please please do not waste your money like I did.

It was so big. The bedrooms are lovely and everything nicely decorated. The location was perfect.

The people above were a bit heavy footed.

Location fantastic . Had everything you need . Lots of space and very modern . Garden a bonus for the dogs too . Beds comfortable had great night sleep .

Property was big enough for us as a family to all stay together and in a good location

We had our dogs with us yet couldn’t find any cleaning supplies mop and bucket etc would have liked to have cleaned up behind us with the dogs. Also was told a parking permit would be made available for us, it wasn’t contacted the owner via what’s app and booking.com with no reply and have now got a parking ticket for parking by the flat. So if any future bookings don’t get a parking permit - park your car in the car park and pay for parking we now have a £120 fine for the two night to pay.

We could like the fact it was rather spacious, but actually we left after one night in stead of two because of the dirt all around the house. The location is central.

DIRTY beds. We came really late (after 12, driving from Cambridge) with 3 kids. We were so shocked about the bedding and tired, that we just removed all bedding (full of hair of men and women in all three beds) and slept in our clothes. Bugs in the kitchen. No garbage bin in bathroom (but the reminder to use it). Dust. Smell. At the morning we tried to contact with the host several times (they didn't answer). After four hours we managed to talk to them and they told us that they won't come and check the property and we had to make photos. It's actually first stay ever with such a terrible housekeeping and service, so of course we didn't make any photos and we were charged 400 for full stay. Never ever again.

The central location. Lots of space , big bedrooms. Private parking. The efficient management team. ( Dave )

No parking permit to put in the car. Although the management team took our cars details. So fingers crossed. The sheets were not very clean. But again Stewart’s replaced the sheets as soon as I asked. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the Bournemouth drunk culture. Nothing to do with the property. But Dave from Stewart’s was super efficient at resolving the problem and supplying cctv footage. This property is exactly what it says on the tin. But with a little maintenance could be amazing.

Fantastic location a few minutes from the sea front and Bournemouth pier. Nice comfortable beds. Lovely sunny dining room conservatory. Well equipped kitchen. Nice wide corridor with plugs which was perfect for Dad's mobility scooter.

Tiny niggles really. Overall everything was great. Kettle had a lot of bits inside that came off with cleaning. Toilet roll kept falling off badly installed holder.
