Large 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath - Ground Floor with Parking

It was so near the beach and the main shops and restaurants. A perfect location. The flat was good for what we needed the space was just right for us. The rooms were a really good size.

The fridge freezer was turn off when we got there and there was a pool of dirty water at the bottom of the freezer. There was no parking permit which were told we had to put in the car. The bedding was a bit old and no mattress cover. There was some staining. Communication was nil. We were being sent messages which were helpful but when we replied and asked questions no response even on WhatsApp which we were told was the best way to communicate. If we had a serious problem not sure how we would have got in touch.

Needs a bit of work especially the windows, all of them don't close. Also you can hear the people in the next apartment

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and an amazing location.

Some areas of the apartment needed a better clean, and a bit of DIY.

Excellent location for walking to beach, shops and restaurant. Very large, comfortable rooms. Kitchen facilities were good.

Overall the property is quite tired and could do with some work done to fix broken fittings and rectifying the damp/mould. Level of cleaning carried out prior to our arrival was very poor. Bunk bed was broken in several areas therefore we didn’t feel it was safe to use the top bunk.

The location was great, only 1 minute walk to the BIC for the event we were attending. Beds were comfy and rooms nicely decorated and big!

The location was fantastic.

The property was advertised as having parking available. We were advised there would be a permit in the property but it was not there. We contacted the owners via booking.com and WhatsApp immediately and they took details of our car and reassured us they had registered us online and all was fine. However, since our return we have been sent multiple parking fines for parking in the assigned space. We have tried to contact the owner to ask if they can appeal this, or send us proof that our car had been authorised to park, and they have not responded. We also had an issue with the smoke alarm going off continually (single use, end of life, no way to replace a battery) which although we contacted them about nothing was done, and we had to hide the smoke alarm Outside in the car in order for anyone to get any sleep. The garden is overgrown and unusable (this didn’t really bother us but might be relevant to others)

Fantastic location. 2 mins walk from beach, pier, shops etc. Property was well equipped with everything we needed. Property was clean and comfortable. Questions/queries were responded to promptly. Parking included 😀
