Very clean, perfect location, coffee, tea and biscuits provided, would definitely stay again next time I'm in Worcester! Nice little patio as well.

Check in wasn't until 4pm.

The bed felt like it was on its last legs - quite rickety and not very comfortable. Blinds above bed were pretty but seemed about to break.

The apartment was lovely and clean, tidy, comfortable and warm. The WiFi was good, the facilities excellent and the owner's communication was superb.

The location was ideal for us. the property was warm and clean and our host was excellent.

Nicely decorated and the little courtyard in the summer would be nice. The sofa was comfortable in the lounge There was milk and water in the fridge which was nice

When we got there the owner started using a hedge trimmer which was very noises just outside which felt a little inconsiderate The bed was incredibly uncomfortable with thin lumpy pillows and smelt a bit like wet dog A hairdryer in the room would’ve been nice and the shutters in the bedroom above the bed were hard to shut as they were hanging off An ice tray or ice in the ice box would’ve been nice for drinks and a coffee machine as there was just very basic instant coffee and tea available The shower wasn’t very strong and the hose that you could use as part of it dribbled. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom a small shelf would be good or slim cabinet A larger tv in the lounge would’ve been better as it was small and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good
