The location was perfect, it was light and spacious with a lovely outdoor area, which was a great bonus .

Just needs a little more attention to detail, and it would be an excellent 10.

Great place to stay and would do if in the area again, nice walk to the city around 40 min, 30, to the racecourse,

"Excellent cosy stop over on our way south"

The property was really well presented, easy to access and comfortable. Peter was really friendly and provided all the information we needed. we appreciated the off road parking and the private sitting out area to the rear of the property.

Nothing really for a one night stay. The cooking facilities were quite limited but that didn’t really bother us but might if we had booked a longer stay.

Property in immaculate condition, very clean and the whole feel of the properly was calming and very light and airy. The perfect getaway we needed 🤩

Nothing we could fault regarding the property, other than no bath mat whilst coming out of the shower so had to use a towel for the floor.
