I loved my stay at the coneygree great value for money clean and in a great location

It was very clean and had everything needed for a short break

I am a repeat visitor. It is perfect for my needs, including a parking space directly next to the door. I have mobility difficulties, so all on one level accommodation is perfect for me.

Very nice accomodation. All clean, light, tidy, airy. Can't fault.

Location was very easy to find and very peaceful. Host was quick to reply to messages.

1. The property is advertised as being very clean - the main reason I booked - but that was not my experience. It appears that it probably once was, but is now in a far less impressive state and is poorly maintained and cared for now. Examples are: stained sofas and rugs, dirty windows, unclean shower with hairs on the floor, dead plants, unhoovered carpets, pile of dead flys and cobwebs under tv unit (discovered when plugging tv in) bone dry air fresheners - it’s just unloved, such a shame as with a deep clean it could be spotless as advertised. But the saving grace was that the bedding was clean and comfortable. 2. The WiFi is intermittent and weak when working - again, not as advertised and so aggravating when the stay was for a work trip for which internet was essential.

Quiet Location that was easy to locate and access. Glad there was parking on the driveway. Property itself was sparkling clean with a decently sized lounge. Most needed kitchen utensils were available.

Husband walks with a stick. Great place for his mobility troubles. All on one level, lots of room.

All was fab. Guestbook had run out of room, so couldn't leave a nice review at the accommodation.

Location and area were ideal and facilities adequate, Nice comfortable living area and decked outside area.

Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent, we could only get it spasmodically and very weak signal. No phone signal.
