serious mould in the shower, and the bottoms off all the plates had dried food on it which wasn’t nice. sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and as right next to the fridge which bus noisy it makes it hard to sleep on

Ideal for our needs. Close enough to both Glasgow and Loch Lomond for visits.

No microwave containers. Sofa uncomfortable after a while.

The entrance of the building is dated. The design of toilets’ doors in the flat were strange and don’t shut properly

Great location, cozy flat, comfy bed, nice guide book to give you the local info and tips for your stay. Shower has a rainfall head, toilet separate and in its own contained room.

Shower pressure was quite weak. No hangers to hang up clothing. Ironing board a bit small, iron leaky.

Great communication from the host, very clean, well equipped kitchen

The bed was comfy. The kitchen is a good size and the property is well-equipped. Despite its Main Street location, it was beautifully quiet, with the bonus of a garden (shared, I think). Parking was reasonably easy - on arrival we parked on the doorstep, although didn't get quite so close at other times, still close enough. It was an easy walk to the station and therefore well-accessible for Glasgow without the hassle of driving/parking, and alos well-situated to explore Loch Lomond and the surrounding areas.

The bathroom is divided into shower in one space (off the bedroom) and toilet/hand basin in another space (off the hall) so if you had extra people staying they would need to go through the bedroom to shower. The shower cubicle was tired and stained and not overly welcoming. The hand basin in the cloakroom is tiny, and the shelf above it makes it very awkward to use effectively for cleaning your teeth! On a more crucial note, I burnt my hand on the towel rail in the shower room. We got caught in the rain and turned the heating on to dry clothes out. We didn't alter the temperature of the heating or water, but the water was also very hot. The towel rail, however, seemed dangerously hot: I only brushed my hand against it while hanging a jumper over it, and received a nasty, painful burn.
