Stylish Apartment 5 minutes from Station w Garden

Extremely clean and well presented. Isaac went above and beyond our expectations and was always ensuring everything was ok or needed anything right from the start of booking the apartment up to when we checked out. Customer service absolutely spot on and will definitely book again.

Isaac is a really welcoming and accommodating host. There was some snacks and cold beers ready for our stay and he made an effort to greet us personally on arrival. He was prompt with answering all my questions and the flat was really well stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils and bathroom supplies we needed. The x-box, board games, tea towels, shower gel, washing up liquid, spices, cooking oil, fan, hand soap, bedroom slippers and sponges were a good touch for us as it meant we could travel light! It was a fairly smart home with touch screen mirrors and smart hob. There was also a really friendly cat that came to the terrace to say "hello" on our first night too. The sofa could easily sleep anothet guest or two. It was well heated (as i hate cold properties) and it looked as it was shown in the photos.

Terrace room could do with some hanging space or wardrobe for clothes. I would want blinds/curtains on terrace window as a lot of light comes in from upstairs neighbours. Further insulation to reduce sound from upstairs; you can literally hear every step they take. It's a bit disruptive to slwwp when it sounds like someone is walking into the flat. The front bedroom leading into the flat needs black out curtains as I could see every shadow that walked by. A bit dusty as its basement flat so gets the spiders. Not sure i would have been able to find the property if issac wasn't on hand to help

The apartment itself was brilliantly done for a basement apartment. You walk in and there is plenty of light once all lights are on. Facilities are excellent and it was very easy to relax once you got yourself settled in.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare. The apartment is on the main road which happens to be permit holders only everywhere you turn. So, for an outsider who doesn't know the area very well finding parking will be your biggest issue. The hosts did recommend parking spaces around the area which was great, but they were generally quite expensive which also was very off putting.

Considering I was a little worried it being a basement apartment, it was perfect for our weekend away. Very clean, homely and stocked full of everything we needed. The shower is very spacious, the bathroom clean and bright. The sofa is extremely comfortable. A lovely little kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, all the Utensils you could possibly need and cupboards stocked with condiments and cleaning products. Bedrooms were a good size, although nowhere to hang clothes in the second room, but this wasn't a big issue for us. It even has a small outdoor space, with seating. The guest experience was great, Issac (the host) is amazing, he literally goes above and beyond and it was a great pleasure talking to him, asking for his recommendations and he also took on board our suggestions and made our stay one to remember. We would definately recommend this place and if we visit Brighton again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you!

To be fair there's not a lot wrong with this apartment. Apart from having to open both back doors to close them securely (which isn't too much bother)
