Stylish Apartment 5 minutes from Station w Garden

Was a lovely sized apartment great for chilling. Really liked the small patio area great for smoking. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and such. Very good communication with Isaac the owner.

Says newly refurbished but could do with a good clean as it's very dusty (spider webs on walls/ceilings, dust on skirting boards). Kitchen was greatly equipped but cupboards could do with a good clear out as very messy. Very thin walls, could hear every footstep and squeak from the apartment above and could hear dripping from leaking pipes outside. Overall really good stay but very expensive for what it is, especially for a Monday and Tuesday night off peak season when I stayed.

facilities were excellent as you could found everything that you need for your stay. Isaac is a great host and he was always willing to help! clean, comfortable and modern. If you want a great basement flat in a well location, don’t hesitate to stay there!

Has been the second time we had stayed there and the host has always been so accomadating and helpful. Really clean and facilities are top notch. Totally recommend staying here as it's away from the hustle and bustle of the town but it's a 5 Rp 10 Min walk to get there. Highly reccommend the place as it's now our go to place when we come to brighton. Trust me you wont be dissappointed

Whats not to like like about it the place is perfect for a couple or family

Everything was as we expected, nice place to stay.

The apartment was in a brilliant location in Brighton and very close to walk to the shops and beach. The apartment had everything we needed and even had netflix, amazon and a xbox. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would of liked was curtains on the French doors in the living room to feel a little more private. But that was minor and didn't affect my stay at all.

Have to say amazing value for the property, two bedroom and literally a ten minute walk to the top of start of the lanes, well equipped kitchen with everything you need, from cutlery through to oven and hob with pots and pans, sorry have to mention all the herbs and spices along with the teas and coffee left for you. X box set up with Netflix installed as well as games. Host was super helpful for parking and ended up using a parking app to get a bargain there too. We shall be back as loved the location and property.
