Please note that there is no reception at the accommodations. Eton Court will contact the guest with 72 hours of the booking via either email with the full booking confirmation and expected time of arrival. All bookings require a refundable security deposit. The deposit ranges from GBP 120 to GBP 210 depending on the apartment booked. Electric, gas, and water are included in the price. Guests receive 1 parking space per accommodations booked via a parking permit displayed in guests' car. Please note that the maximum number of people the apartment sleep includes any children. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 50 kilos.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
