Eton Court Apartments

Great location with parking included, short walk into town and beaches, good views of the coast, it was very clean and warm. Great sized primary suite with en suite. Kid stayed in twin rooms with sea view and had their own bathroom. Small but well appointed kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Complimentary coffee/tea. Complimentary bathroom bottles and comes with towels included. Furniture and carpets look new.

Furniture is new and smart looking but a little rigid to chill out on of an evening.

This property is in a very convenient location with one parking space. The apartment is very large with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (one twin and 2 doubles). The main town is literally just down the hill and the many beaches are either within walking distance or a few minutes if driving. We rented the penthouse apartment which gave the perfect view and with the added bonus of it being pet friendly made it ideal for what we needed. You have everything in the apartment that is needed for a short or long stay. Bedding and towels etc are provided along with small bottles of toiletries & toilet roll. The kitchen had tea towels, washing up liquid, cleaning spray, cloths, washing sponge, dishwasher tablets and rubbish bags, thanks. Visit Fistral Beach and the cafe, you will not be disappointed. I would recommend this property and would certainly come again when visiting family.

I would say the only downside to this property is the communal area/main entrance/stairwell, it doesn't do the building or the apartment justice, could do with a bit of updating in my opinion.

Really central location. Everything worked, and it was clean and secure.

Location excellent and great to have a parking space.

Was very dark outside the night we arrived and the solar lights on the outside steps didn’t come on. They were working the following evening (after a sunny day) so probably due to the poor weather the previous day/evening, but not ideal.
