Comfortable and good location

Key access was difficult. Finding the lockbox with the key was confusing as we were new to the area and we had to ask several people how to get there. The rental was overpriced and the check out times very inflexible. We stayed for 3 night's and 2 days but were charged for 3 days and 3 nights and told that there was absolutely no extension for the check out time at 11am on the 3rd day morning though the payment and booking was taken for the whole day. Felt overcharged. The cleaning charges were unjustified as we kept the apartment very clean.

Blocked shower drain. Dirty glasses. Smashed window. Couldn’t adjust oven temperature. Key fob for garage didn’t work so we couldn’t park. Messaged repeatedly about this but nobody bothered to respond. Lifts didn’t work so a 7 floor hike
