Petit appartement très agréable et confortable. Idéalement situé près du tram et des commerces mais également au calme. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Das Apartment ist perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Edinburgh. Es liegt direkt an der Tram-Haltestelle, wodurch sowohl der Flughafen als auch die Altstadt gut zu erreichen sind. Aber auch Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht: Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und sofort nutzbar (bei unserem Aufenthalt waren auch Tee und Kaffee vorhanden), Bett und ausziehbares Sofa sind bequem, das Bad mit allem Wichtigem versorgt (der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist etwas schwach, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck). Das Herz dieser Unterkunft ist jedoch Gastgeberin Lisa, die alles sorgsam und wohldurchdacht vorbereitet hat (einschließlich Bedienungsanleitungen der Geräte, Tipps für Restaurants u.v.m.). Sie war immer ansprechbar und sehr bemüht um unser Wohlergehen. Wir fühlten uns super betreut.

Gute Lage direkt an der Tramlinie. Angenehm ruhiges Quartier mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt nicht schlecht.

Die Wohnung ist nicht durchdacht eingerichtet und braucht Reparaturen: - Kleiderschrank ist kaputt. Wir haben unsere Koffer als Schrank benutzt - Kein Platz für Reisekoffer. Wir haben sie im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer auf dem Boden gehabt - Türe zum Schlafzimmer fällt fast aus den Angeln - Nachttisch nur auf einer Betthälfte - Kein Haartrockner - Keine Möglichkeit, Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Waschmaschine hat keine Trocknerfunktion. Ein Wäscheständer wäre sehr hilfreich - TV erlaubt kein Streaming vom Handy oder Laptop

The bed

Basic shower facility, ill-functioning, bedlamp not working, dirty plates/glasses, owner trying to open the door 10 minutes before departure, then banging on the door when we were about to leave, also asking for a good evaluation, totally inappropriate.

L'emplacement, arrêt trame direct de l'aéroport à 1min, toutes les commodités, restaurants et superettes très proches. l'accueil et disponibilité du loueur, la décoration et la fonctionnalité de l'équipement ménager. La chambre à coucher donnant sur une cour intérieure.

La literie et la difficulté à pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre, qui mériterait un grand nettoyage. Rangement pour habits pas top. Juste une tringle, avons laissé nos valise pleine au sol ou dans le séjour.

Rubbish bin in kitchen was broken and unemptied on our arrival. The wardrobe door was broken and did not slide. The coathangers were all sticky. The wifi code written in the compendium was wrong, discovered it written correctly elsewhere next day. Towels were small, thin. No soap holder in the shower. Nowhere in bathroom or bedroom to hang towels. One old teatowel provided. No tea or coffee provided. The sugar bowl was dirty.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, a 15 min di tram dal centro con la fermata di fronte alla porta. L’appartamento è molto carino ed accogliente, pulito, staff disponibile, check in e check out flessibili.
