"We had a very enjoyable break and would definitely return!"

Nice quiet location. Flat very well thought out. Everything we needed was there. Liked the fact there was a ceiling fan. Gareth was very pleasant/ helpful and approachable. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing for us anyway, was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that everything else was superb

"Great stay, perfect location."

Good location, easy access to Minnis Bay and Birchington railway station, making travelling along the coast very easy. Well, thought out accommodation and secure parking was a bonus. Particularly liked the little finishing touches like shampoo, tea bags, coffee, etc, that made the stay even better. The host was friendly and explained everything upon arrival. Recommended.

Nothing, really. The only minor criticism would be that some new pillows are needed.

Quite noisy both nights, we get that people move about it sounded like someone bouncing a ball on the floor constantly

"It was okay for a short stay, location was good."

Location was good.

The macerator toilet system was quite loud, didn't like the fact I could see through the toilet door whilst using the bathroom. The fridge was very small and not very cold, our milk went off within 2 days even though the fridge was on the highest setting. We could hear the owners coming down the stairs, not a deal breaker but still an issue. The bed wasn't the comfiest.

Seven seas beach retreat was in a lovely quiet location within minutes reach to Minnis bay and surrounding areas. An ideal base location. The studio was spacious, had a workable kitchen space that had everything you needed and more including a small oven. It was exceptionally clean in a area's and extremely comfortable. The hosts very kindly put a bottle of milk in the fridge which was a lovely welcome when needing a cup of tea after travelling. They both of them also introduced themselves which was lovely and checked everything was ok. I would definitely return and would definitely recommend.
