Seven Seas Beach Retreat

Location was key for me. Just great for a single person or couple on a short stay.

Shower water was not warm or strong enough.

the name and photos suggested the location was near to the sea front/beach. should have checked the map! toilet noisy and kitchenette facilities compact.

Very efficient use of space. Comfortable bed.

Shower was too hot and could not be made cooler.

The local area, and the people so friendly. The beach, and the fact its only a 10 minute walk or less to the beach front, from Seven Seas accomodation. The fact the local shops, cafes & restaurants are only 5 minutes walk away from our place of stay. The information notice, left for us in the room, telling us some important information about the room, and local area. The hospitality of Gareth & family before and during our stay. The 7 mile coastline walk we took from Minnis Bay to Botany Bay, we will do the other 9 bays after Botany Bay, taking us to Pegwell Bay when we return, or maybe go cross country on the Reculver route. The peacefulness of the cul-de-sac, where property is situated, and the friendly neighbours. The outside seating, a nice touch too. The fact there is a little kitchenette with the room, with all you'd need, if you wanted to make food in the accomodation. The accomodation was clean & comfortable, and the extra blankets came in handy, Thank you! We enjoyed our stay at Seven Seas 🌊, we will be back soon😀. Thank you.

1 of the 3 nights we stayed... the weather had grown colder outside, and on returning to the room after being out all day into the late evening, it felt cold, and slightly damp in air and feel in the room, because of the drop in temperature outside. The extra blankets didn't help that night, we went to sleep in the cold, and woke up in the cold. As we didn't want to disturb an already sleeping family/hosts, as it was late. It was only that one night, the rest were milder. But due to the colder night, we looked on the information sheet left in the room for us, to see if there was any information about or concerning the 1 radiator in the room, so we could feel warmer and take the damp chill out of the room. There was no information on how to turn on/work the radiator. My only advice, please add information about using/working the only radiator and form of heat in the room... to the information sheet you leave in the room. Especially as the weather is changing and coming into winter months. On that one evening and morning after, we really needed that heat, and had no way of knowing how to work the digital dialled radiator, or if we were even able to use it at all. My only constructive criticism! Thank you.

Host met us and let us in. The property was bijou but had everything we needed. Lovely and clean, would def go there again if we were over that way.
