Beautiful studio apartment near the Norfolk Broads

The property had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and there was sufficient drawer and hanging space. Wi-Fi was good.

Every little detail thought of in this studio apartment very comfortable, nice & quiet.

Everything excellent.

Property is in a quiet rural location but with easy access to facilities, Norwich and wider Norfolk. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Parking outside the door is always a bonus. Greg is responsive to communications and helpfully removed scented candles etc from the property prior to my visit due to my sensitivities. I have stayed at this property before whilst working in the area and would have no hesitation in staying again.

The apartment was welcoming from the moment we opened the door, with relaxing music playing, the fragrant smell from the wax melt burner and the ambient lighting we couldn’t have asked for more. Greg had made it a very pleasant environment to be in. Unlike a lot of the places you stay in, this was exactly as it was in the photos. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice peaceful and private location outside Norwich but within a short drive if the city and local tourist spots. Nice self contained studio unit well set up with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay.. and as we were visiting family locally it was the perfect option for us Greg was a great host and happy to provide anything extra required or local advice - and always contactable .. nothing was too much bother but never intrusive

Nothing at all - suited us perfectly

The apartment was clean fresh and very well appointed. We had everything we needed. Plus we had a puncture and the host kindly helped with the changing of the tyre and where to go to have our tyre repaired. Few places were open on a Sunday but he knew the correct place about 8 minutes away. He took the stress out of the situation for us.

We could not say there was anything we did not like. This place has up to date two ring cooker heating. Lovely shower and everything is clean and smart.

Extremely well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. The entire room has been exceptionally well organised. A parking space was very useful. Greg is a helpful and friendly host.

I can’t think of anything - a car is needed to get around but we knew that before we went.
